My Background
Before becoming a Career & Employment Coach, I worked in recruitment and talent acquisition. I’ve reviewed thousands of resumes, partnered with hiring managers, and seen firsthand why strong professionals still get overlooked.
I understand how hiring decisions are made — not just how resumes are written.
But beyond professional experience, my perspective is shaped by lived experience.
I’ve lived and worked across multiple countries, including Singapore and Australia, while looking after hiring across APAC, ANZ, and EMEA. As a foreign professional navigating new markets, I experienced the uncertainty of rebuilding networks, repositioning skills, and proving value in unfamiliar environments.
That journey shaped how I coach today.
